For finalization of Draw Face, we are using Altair HYPERFORM V6.0 with LS-Dyna. It simulates the Draw operation on virtual press step-by-step so that any wrinkle formation, any crack formability, any thinning can be found at the very beginning, thus eliminating time & money wastage on development.

We also help to validate our vendor's stamping processes & solve their problems using HYPERFORM V6.0
